This switch ensures seamless transfer of electrical load from a utility power source to a generator power source during outages. It prevents electrical feedback between different power sources and meets code requirements for standby electric system installations. The transfer switch features a transfer mechanism, utility service disconnect circuit breaker, and a Smart A/C module with fuses and terminal blocks for connections. It is compatible with single-phase generators using an Evolution or Nexus Controller. With Digital Power Technology (DPM), this switch can manage up to 4 individual HVAC (24 VAC controlled) loads without additional hardware. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty and is UL listed.
