EDL deck mount step flashing interweaves with low-profile roofing materials (maximum 1/2 in. thickness)to help provide proper water drainage. It includes a roll of adhesive underlayment which provides an additional layer of water protection and prevents leaks. When installed on a sloped roof with a VELUX deck mount skylight (models FS, VS, VSE, VSS) this flashing makes the skylight eligible for the VELUX 10-year installation warranty.
