The K2 Lead Free Yard Hydrant handle is constructed of heavy-duty cast iron with brass connections and will connect to your existing fresh-water system, municipal water and private wells. The steel 1 In. pipe is zinc-plated for longer life. This frost proof yard hydrant has a shut-off valve which operates below the frost line to supply running water, even in the coldest weather. Yard Hydrants are ideal to use on farms, campgrounds and in rural areas for equipment cleaning, irrigation, lawn care and other applications where an additional water outlet is needed.
- Includes brass foot valve, brass hose adapter and brass pivot connector, 3/4 In. female NPT
- Unit self drains when the handle is in the closed position to prevent freezing
