Lids for use with PRO freeze dryer trays. Lids snap directly onto trays. These can also be used as trays just slide them directly into your freeze dryer, just like you would your stainless steel trays! When used for freeze drying, the food doesn't stick to them. Great for things that are sticky. Don't need parchment paper or silicone inserts. When used as trays they are perfect for liquids as the liquids are less likely to slosh and spill over the sides.
