Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Sealer Stain Blocking Spray with Turbo Spray System allows larger projects to be completed in a fraction of the time. This versatile formula blocks stains and seals odors caused by nicotine, water damage, marker, ink, tannin and more. Provides outstanding adhesion to hard-to-paint surfaces such as railings, shutters, outdoor furniture and sticks to glossy paint, glass and ceramic tile. Seals porous surfaces including wood, concrete, brick, stucco, drywall and cured plaster.
