Henry 505 4.75 Gal.Flashmaster Flashing Cement

Premium quality, trowel-grade flashing cement for use on dry surfaces in all temperature conditions. Henry 505 FlashMaster is made from heavy-bodied asphalt reinforced with organic fibers, and is modified and rubberized for long life and flexibility. Compatible with composition, asphalt coated, SBS modified, metal and masonry roofs. Use for 3- or 5- course flashing in B.U.R. Seal leaks and openings around flashings, chimneys, vents, skylights, joints in metal edging, gutters, etc. Seal metal flanges to roof membrane. Seal flashing pans around roof penetrations. Repair holes, cracks and splits. Features: Can be used in hot or cold temperature conditions. Spreads easily in cold weather. Repairs holes, cracks, splits on asphalt coated, composition and metal roofs. Seals around chimneys, vents, skylights, flashings as well as tabs of asphalt shingles. Exceeds the requirements of ASTM D-4586, Type I and Federal Specification SS-C-153C Type I, Class A. Coverage: 12 1/2 sq. ft. per gallon applied 1/8" thick. Approvals and Certifications: Manufactured to meet the requirements of ASTM D-4586, Type I, Federal Specification SS-C-153C Type I, and is UL Classified. HE505 is Dade County Approved. Precautions: Do not heat container or store at temperatures greater than 110F. When transporting this product, be sure the pail is secured and the lid is tight. Do not allow pail to tumble as this may loosen the lid and allow leakage to occur. CLOSE AIR INTAKES ON ROOF UNTIL SOLVENTS DISSIPATE! Not recommended for use over gravel, EPDM or PVC sheet roofing, or wood shingles. To extend the life of the mastic, after it has weathered 30 days, coat with Aluminum Roof Coating. Must be applied to a dry surface but can be subjected to rain or moisture after application. Fully cured after 30 days in ideal weather conditions. On wet surfaces use Henry 208 Wet Patch Roof Cement.
