Ready-mixed, weighs up to 15% less than conventional-weight compounds for easier handling and applying. Provides lower shrinkage for easier concealment of metal bead, trim, and fasteners. Compound is easy-to-sand, increasing productivity on the job site. Formulated for embedding tape; for filling, leveling, and finishing over gypsum panel joints, fasteners, bead and trim; for skim coating; and for hand applying simple textures. Good open time. Meets ASTM C475.
