White elastomeric acrylic patching compound specially formulated for repairing and preventing roof leaks prior to coating with an acrylic reflective coating. Doesn't bleed through reflective coatings. Brush grade for fast application. Apply to dry or damp (not wet) surface. No delays, skins over quickly. Water-based for soap and water clean up. Use on: Standard mineral surface cap sheet, smooth surface built-up roofing, SBS modified roofing, previously coated asphalt roofs, weathered metal roofs, or concrete and stucco parapet walls.
