1. Sponsor. The True Value Broil King Grill Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by TV Hardware Distribution, LLC ("Sponsor"), 1626 Broadway Suite 100, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor and/or its designated promotion administrator.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who submit an eligible entry during a participating True Value activation described below. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating True Value retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, Sweepstakes administrators, and vendors directly involved in the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child and sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period and Participating Activations. The Sweepstakes begins on September 5, 2026 and ends at the conclusion of the posted activation hours on November 21, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Eligible entries will be accepted during posted activation hours at the True Value promotional activations conducted in connection with the following event dates and markets:

• Green Bay, Wisconsin: September 5 and September 6, 2026.

• Notre Dame, Indiana: September 12 and September 19; October 10; and November 7, November 14 and November 21, 2026.

Activation hours may vary by event and will be posted or otherwise communicated at the applicable activation. Entries must be received during the posted activation hours for a participating activation. Sponsor's or its designated administrator's timekeeping method is the official timekeeping method for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter. During a participating activation, visit the designated True Value promotional area and access the Sweepstakes entry form using the on-site digital kiosk and/or the QR code provided at the activation, if available. Complete and submit the entry form with all required information, which is expected to include first name, last name, email address and ZIP Code, and affirmatively confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agree to these Official Rules.

No purchase, payment, football toss participation or successful completion of the football toss is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Participation in the separate Football Toss Instant Win Promotion does not increase an entrant's chances of winning this Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of participating activations attended or entry methods used. Incomplete, inaccurate, late, duplicated, automated, mechanically reproduced or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified. If multiple entries are received from the same person or email address, only the first eligible entry may be retained.

Any checkbox or other mechanism permitting an entrant to consent to receive marketing communications from True Value is optional and separate from Sweepstakes entry. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

5. Winner Selection and Odds. Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received across all participating Green Bay and Notre Dame activations to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. The drawing is anticipated to occur on or about November 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's or administrator's determinations regarding eligibility, entry validity, winner selection and Sweepstakes administration are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

6. Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) Broil King Baron™ 590 Pro Shadow Grill, Model 675144, with one (1) Baron Pellet Module – 5 Burner, Model 675001. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,998.00.

Prize model, components, features and availability are subject to confirmation. No cash alternative is available. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any component becomes unavailable for any reason.

The winner will be required to pick up the prize at a True Value hardware location designated by Sponsor. Sponsor will determine the pickup location in consultation with the winner based on reasonable availability. Unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise, transportation of the prize from the designated pickup location and any costs associated with such transportation are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner Notification and Verification. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor's or administrator's first notification attempt, unless a different period is stated in the notification. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility and to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), tax documentation and/or other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes and Other Costs. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all costs or expenses associated with acceptance, pickup, transportation, assembly, installation or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor. The prize may constitute taxable income to the winner. Sponsor may issue any tax reporting documentation required by law.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; uses automated, fraudulent or deceptive means to enter; submits false information; interferes with Sweepstakes administration; or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Sweepstakes, or any affected portion of it, if fraud, technical failure, equipment malfunction, human error, unauthorized intervention, weather, event cancellation, force majeure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity, security, fairness or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from among eligible entries received before the action giving rise to termination, if appropriate and lawful.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, participating True Value retailers, Broil King, University of Notre Dame du Lac, Legends / JMI Rights Holders LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Sweepstakes administrators, vendors, officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, pickup, transportation, assembly, installation, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or corrupted entries; unavailable networks, servers, websites, QR codes, kiosks or other systems; technical, electronic, computer, printing, typographical or human errors; or any other condition that may affect entry or administration of the Sweepstakes, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice or approval.

12. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration, eligibility and winner verification, communications relating to the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and Sponsor's privacy practices. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing communications may be sent only where an entrant separately and affirmatively elects to receive them, subject to applicable law and Sponsor's privacy practices.

13. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action permitted to proceed in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Allen County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

14. Winner Information. For the name of the winner, available after the winner has been verified, send a written request identifying the "True Value Broil King Grill Sweepstakes" to: TV Hardware Distribution, LLC Attn: Law Department - General Counsel, 1626 Broadway Suite 100, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Requests should be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

15. Separate Football Toss Instant Win Promotion. The football toss activity conducted at participating True Value activations is separate from this Sweepstakes. Under the currently planned football toss promotion, participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate and receive three (3) football toss attempts at three (3) designated target openings. Participation is limited to one (1) opportunity per person per activation day. A toss is successful when the football passes through any one of the three (3) designated target openings. A participant who successfully completes at least two (2) of the three (3) football toss attempts may receive a True Value tote bag while supplies last. Participants who do not successfully complete at least two (2) of the three (3) football toss attempts may receive a True Value sticker while supplies last. Football toss participation, performance and receipt of an instant-win item have no effect on eligibility for, entry into or odds of winning the Broil King Grill Sweepstakes. Sponsor should approve any final football toss eligibility, participation, safety and prize-availability terms before the activity is offered to the public.
