Sticky, dull residue
I have used this on 4 different floor types. Every one has the tacky, dull residue left afterward. And that's trying them at different homes over the years. I'll be getting a steam floor cleaner. Leaves my daughter's floors shiny and clean

made me upset for the sake of a piece of cardboard
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we tried to use wet jet for two days , why don't the company send note to remove inside cardboard, how much would it cost, you might save a new customer.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews as I really like my unit. I do first sweep the hardwood floors before mopping but I am well pleased with the unit and have had no problems with it.

Nothing works, new batteries, still nothing
I bought one put it together, got new batteries, and still nothing. I'm taking it back, get my money back and I'm done with Swiffer. I'll go back to old school, a bucket and mop. No batteries needed.

Not a happy customer
I was so excited when these were in the stores. Our kitchen has real hardwoods so thought they would do the trick. Terribly disappointed tho that the cleaner leaves my wood floors sticky & dull, abdominal shone what do ever. Maybe this cleaner works best on Pergo & other laminate flooring, just not real wood flooring.

Soaks the wood floor at the beginning of use.
When I take the pad out of the box I have to squeeze out a lot of the moisture or it soaks the floor. A real pain in the butte to use. I had to go back to the dry pads I was afraid after constant use the wet pad would get under my hardwood floor and cause damage. Wouldnt bother with this product.!!!!!!!

Not what I expected
Have a 3’x4’ entryway took 3 pads to get area clean. Pad doesn’t have real scrubbing pad and had to get new pads to get cleaning up. When you pull strips off pad they tear the pad and that presents issue as it won’t stick well. It does clean fairly well.

Leaves floor soapy
I didn't realize this was specifically for the wetjet mop. I have the regular swiffer. The pad sort of sticks to the floor, making it hard the pull the swiffer back towards me. The solution is very wet at the beginning, leaving the area where I start kind of white and soapy but the pad starts drying out about halfway through. My area is 20x15, not large. I'm going to finish what I have but I won't buy again.
