Love but need lids

Perfect hydration.
My Contigo Autoseal water bottle has been used day and night for 10 years and is still like new. I put 3 large ice blocks in it, fill with ice water and it lasts 12 hours, or until the water is gone. Repeat before bed and it lasts another 12 hours. Australian summer days are often over 40C degrees, still stays cold but needs a refill more often. Lock button is used when travelling. It goes wherever I go.

Brst mug out there hands down..
My company gave a few of these away as a prize. I was lucky enough to get one. That was 10 years ago and I have been a very pleased customer ever since. I jave fallen on concrete stairs and used this cup to brace my fall. A huge feat in the side of the cup..still seals like it was new. I have purchased about 10 more since I was first introduced and it just keeps getting better every year. I was awarded a yeti cup as another prize at work this year. I tried it a few times but I does not come close to my west loop. That yeti is bow a pen holder. These coffee mugs are the best for hot or cold. Won't matter. Thank you contigo for making a quality product and having top notch customer service if needed. Customer for life.

Bottom plate came off.
Have been trying for some time to file a claim on a defective mug. The bottom plate on the cup came off. I get no where with the web site on this problem. I had one before this that I had about 5 years before it finally gave out.

Great product
Didnt have to buy mine at first because my husband, who does construction , found a case of them in an abandoned apartment. Fell in love the 1st time I used it. I don't go anywhere without mine. Very sturdy, this coming from someone who drops everything. My only concern with this product is that dispute cleaning it as described the lid retains coffee gooooh. I didn't realize it was coffee residue until I closely inspected the lid. Mind you I would always release the stopper when I would put it in the dishwasher. After taking it apart I found slime and dried up old coffee stuff under and inside the rubber parts and even on the walls where the liquid exits . I would love a solution for this because I can't live without my mug. I)lm after I finish this review I and going to email customer service
