Poor manufacturing and quality control.
Poor manufacturing and quality control. The holes for the tightening screws are 90 degrees off from where the tightening screws are mounted. There is no way to twist the knob plate to align the holes with the tightening screws. Returning this the retailer.

Can't get to the screws during installation
I love the look and finish of the Juno knob. The installation was easy until I had to screw in the two long screws when attaching the knobs. Had to buy a skinny screwdriver just to clear the knobs, and even then, had to screw in at a weird angle that took a bit of force. Marked up the door paint trying to tighten the screws. And why isn't the name "Juno" on the box?? Most of the experience was frustrating and time consuming for an easy job.

Screws on the outside?
I bought these awhile back didn't realize that kiwkset didn't understand that screws should go on the inside of the locked door. What is the point of a locked door if someone can just disassemble the door from the other side?

Poor Design
The length of the handle is not long enough for the screwdriver to engage the phillips head screws with out strippng the heads of the screws. Sad, I have 7 more to install. Seriously considering just returning them and getting a different brand.

Backwards for a security lock
I bought this for our bathroom door. We are changing all of our interior door knobs from gold (which I've never liked) to the bronze. I pulled this out of the box and started the install. Just when I started to put it together I realized the screws are on the outside. It has the small hole for the pin to open in an emergency. But if somebody wants in they can just unscrew it from the outside even if it is locked. Some people might say it's not a big deal but what is the sense of having a lock when someone can just grab a screwdriver and get in. You wouldn't want your front door like this.
