Turn Your Gas Grill into a Smoker

Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes. While chips soak, fire up the grill to about 300-310 degrees. Drain chips and wrap in foil. Poke holes in foil and place on grate directly over the only lit burners. Using indirect cooking, add your meat over unlit burners and close lid. Now you’re cooking with smoke! This indirect method will take longer, but the results are worth it!
