Order this online and it was ready for pick in store. It took only a week. At first it
ordered online did in store pick up arrived in a week. seems like it won't light took me six times the first time turning on and off and than it started. Trick is to let the propane fill up in the line and once it does it starts at first attempt. Easy assembly.

I bought this fire pit a month ago. It was delivered to True Value and after not hearing from them I called and was told it had been there but they hadn’t emailed or called me. We went immediately and picked it up, my husband put it together, we went and bought a propane tank and had it filled. We were excited to use it, it would not light, finally using a match it lit, be t the gas wouldn’t go through so it’s sitting useless. After calling two weeks ago and emailing a copy of what we bought we still have not received the parts, my husband has called again today and emailed a copy of our receipt. I wish I had never ordered this fire pit!!
