Zoysia grass is a self-spreading grass that grows well in full sun, although it has good shade tolerance. It develops a dense, medium to bright green, weed-resistant turf with excellent traffic and good drought tolerance. Plus, it's 99.9% weed-free! Pennington Penkote® has been applied for seedling protection. Bio-170™ organic mulch improves spreadability and allows for a more accurate application. Bio-170™ organic mulch granules are 100% biodegradable and retain moisture to help promote seed germination.
