Grows well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I planted the Zoysia grass seed in a sandy/dirt area of my lawn that had trouble growing other seed. After a couple weeks of good rains the grass seed came up after about 9 days and is continuing to grow. Similar to Bermuda grass so I'm interested in seeing how this looks after it really starts to fill in.

Only weeds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received that sample I was excited to plant it, hoping it would blend in with my grass and fill empty spots. But nothing other than weeds came up. A bit disappointed that no grass came up. Evidently the wrong seeds were packed

Low Germination
New lawn and I seeded 3 weeks ago. Only about 20% germination. The seeds that came up at 10 days do not look any better then they did when they first came up. Hopefully i get more germination soon, as weeds are starting to grow in the bare soil

Grows nicely
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this out with a spreader in the back yard. We have some grass but also some weeds. I wanted to try this option before Considering laying sod due to cost. This was easy to put down and started growing fairly soon after applying. It has helped the grass that we have grow better and have less weeds and more grass.

So happy with results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In Okla we have had extreme weather this winter. I have been extreamly happy with the zoysia grass germination (huge relief) . Yes I recommend this combo! It was easy to spread and I am expecting a huge improvement in our summer lawn....yes we have a sprinkler...(this watering is always important with new grass)

Low maintenance lawn!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very busy lifestyle but I still want my lawn to look beautiful so I try to find low maintenance products to help me out. This Grass see and mulch has helped bring my yard back to life with very little care for it. All I did was spread the seed and let it work its Magic over the last few weeks. I had a few spots in my yard that were dirt patches due to having alot of rain and snow this summer and my car getting stuck in the mud. This brought all those spots right back to life and making them hardly even noticeable! I waited about almost 2 weeks after spreading the seed to mow my lawn to make sure the seeds have enough time to seep into the grown and grow. This product only took 30 minutes to spread and has made a beautiful difference in my yard.

Maybe it needs to be warmer...?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked the premise behind this product, adding some mulching material to better hold the seed in place. I used this 4 weeks ago on a wetter section of the front lawn where rain moves through to a collection path. Not a flood-like area, just wetter. Temps have been 55-72 daytime, 40-55 night. Only a few seeds are sprouting so hoping that warmer days will get this going.
