Broke on first use
I was excited to get this as a Christmas gift. However, after the first use it broke and is not usable. I followed the directions and used it as a regular mop. I was not rough with it. The plastic piece from the bottom just broke off. I can no longer connect the handle to the mop. I hope Bona has good customer service and can make this right.

I don't like this mop
I bought this mop and using at first I liked not the best I have seen. I bought the big refill bottle and when trying to put the bottle back in with more of the cleaner it doesnt work now at all. I will not be going with this brand again.

We liked, broke 6 months
We bought this system back in April, maybe used it twice a month. Liked it alot. Handle handle broke in mid September. Safeway basically said too bad.

Breaks too easily
We have used Bona spray mops since they first came out. The recent model is cheaply made and the sprayer lasts less than six months. I have replaced this spray mop twice since January. I miss the old version. It was far stronger and less expensive.

design is non human
The design of the insertion is nonhuman.
The wrongly inserted end is not hard to be taken out.
The correct design should only allow one way to insert the end of the mop.

Expensive Mop, Poor Quality
I purchased this mop two months ago, works fine until you have to refill the reservoir. First off the plastic reservoir is CHEAP and coupled with force needed detach it from the mop crushes the container!! And YES I am pressing the release button. It shouldn’t be this difficult. It’s annoying.

I do not recommend
I bought a Bona premium mop couple months ago and after a month of using the sprayer quit working right. Could not get the Bona cleaner to spray out. I got a hold of the company and they did send me a new one. After a couple uses the same thing happened to the new one so I think I will give up on the Bona and find a new one to use. It did work great for a few cleanings though.

Bona Spray Mop
Trouble with getting the reservoir to click in. The velcro pulled off when I went to wash the microfilter cloth - I had to order and replace the velcro....now the unit failed to spray properly and I went to take out the reservoir and the cap it stuck inside and nearly the whole full reservoir emptied onto my floor. This is only 5 months old....
