Good value and quality
Good quality casting, positive door latch, fits 8x8” opening. I mounted using masonry mortar, and sealed tight using a mortite cord caulk.

Well designed. high quality product at a bargian price
I took advantage of a couple of True Value's online encentives and was able to cut about 1/4 off the price which was already the best online. True Value's ordering system was easy to use. It was fast and accurate in terms of shipping. and updating. The local store pickup option went great, and they were helpful in providing me with tips and materials that made installation a breeze. It took only about five minites to remove the old door, clean and prepare the surfaces, and install the new door assembly. If I had hired a PRO to provide and install a door it would have cost at minimal THREE TIMES or more than what my investment was by doing it myself.

Great value
After looking online for these doors I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of them. After picking them up at the local store I found they were made very well. When installing they had holes in an internal flange that made it easy to affix to the opening to hold them steady before applying the mortar. I would recommend them for initial installations or repair of old broken or rusted doors.
