Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost sent it back but it works now. The installation of this dimmer was beyond frustrating. The app kept failing and locking up in a multitude of creative and annoying ways. I lost count how many times I had to factory reset the dimmer until it finally worked. One day later it forgot all the settings and I had to start the dance over again. Several factory reset and setup attempts later, it finally started working again and right now it has been stable for 3 weeks. We'll see how this fares in the long run. Fingers crossed. It is the only plug-in dimmer with native homekit support, so I am glad it's working now, but they really need to improve the setup flow. There doesn't seem to be a way to update the firmware, so I am not holding my breath for any future bug fixes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect dimmer for any room [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In buying this I wanted a light dimmer for my you get sons room and did just the job! Perfectly dims the lights just enough to get my son to sleep! My son can dim the lights himself as well and he really likes being independent so it works well for our family. I hope to buy more when we build a house in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Dimmer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a smart home item. I am sold on this dimmer! The set up was extremely easy and the functioning of the Tru-Universal dimmer is perfect. I'm enjoying the ability to use the dimmer to work my light from my phone. This dimmer takes the average light and turns it into an automatic dimmer light that I can control from my phone. I will definitely add more products to this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Perfect [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Legrand Smart Plug-In Tru-Universal Dimmer is exactly what I needed to help make my home smart. I can now dim or turn up my living room lights without having to get up or from my phone while I'm not even at home. The best part is that I didn't even lose an outlet when installing. I definitely recommend this smart plug-in to anyone looking to make their home smart with really good products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First smart plug in item. Not sure on feasibility [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This installed easy into the wall as no wiring was required and it just plugged into an existing outlet. As this was my first smart type item in my home I am still a bit of old school as to why everything should be linked to my phone. The idea to turn a normal outlet with dim capabilities seems like it has good applications. The instructions are clear that the plug is only to be used with lighting applications. I am not sure what would happen to the plug in adapter if you utilized it as a normal smart plug in outlet? Overall I think I am old school and this will take some time grow on me.
