A die-hard Weber
I received my first Weber Q grill 10 years ago, making the switch from a true-blue Weber charcoal griller to a gas-griller. The Q grill has been reliable and heats evenly, which is important. I have never had a "failure" cooking on the grill; it has had to step in when an easy-spirit grill wouldn't light. I like cooking on the Q grill better than the Easy Spirit line, as the grates are smaller, which makes cooking vegetables a snap without needing a grill basket, not to mention when grilling shrimp.
The only "down-side" is that, after extended use, the heating element holes have a tendency to plug up from grease dripping, which doesn't allow the grill to heat evenly. However the unit is not terribly expensive to replace.
I'm still using the same unit I bought 10 years ago - a true Weber!

FineProduct and A+ Costumer Service
I have used this model grill for about 10 years now. The grill size is fine for six or so servings. If you are cooking for a larger party, it it may be too small. The only flaw is uneven heating around the perimeter. This in effect reduces the cooking area by about 1" length wise and 2" width.
Customer service is A+/ After I purchased a second grill, it wouldn't heat up very much. A Weber rep diagnosed the problem as a regulator issue and promptly send me a new one.
Response was very fast.

Excellent Storage and Cleaning
We bought this grill about one month ago for our RV. The grill was easy to assemble and stores easily. We also purchased the stand sold separately for this grill. Combined they compress wonderfully. The grill cooks very evenly and the clean up was fantastic. A few simple wipes in the bottom of the bowl area and everything came out with ease. The grill had high remarks and reviews which led to our purchase and we are glad we did.

Best of the best.
I have always been a loyal Weber customer, but the Weber Q is by far favorite tool for camping. I bought it about 10 years ago and I've never had any issue with it. I've had to replace the batteries for the igniter a few times, but that is all. Ignore any reviews from people who keep on buying and complain about what they bought. If they were unhappy, they would not have thought three more. You never have to deal with any rust at all. The burner element is still working after a decade of above-average use (30-50 camping days a year). Still not a spot of rust on the cooking grates. If you keep this grill clean and dry, you'll never buy another brand.

Best grill ever!!
I have had my Q2000 for about a month and use it almost everyday. I bought the stand for it and it rolls in and out of the garage very nicely. I have grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, burgers, sausage and hotdogs-EVERYTHING has turned out delicious!! The grill is simply to use and cook area is just like a full size grill. Clean up is a breeze.

Great Grill
Replaced a Smoke Hollow Smoker Grill. We are enjoying the grill and how it cooks. Only missing gone thing it needs a temperature gauge in the lid.
