Failed right from the start. 1st use

Overpriced Junk
I purchased this about 6 months ago and just like all the others it worked for about 35 minutes and stopped rotating. Followed all directions in the manual about what to look for if stops rotating. No good. This cost way too much money to work for 30 minutes and then have to go buy something different. I hope the Simpson power washer I bought with it doesn’t heave a rod in 2 hrs worth of work. Sucks!

Stopped spinning
Worked great for 30 mins then would not spin and water going everywhere. Thought it was operator error. Did not have time to look at since I was cleaning for a grad party. Leaking around where the fitting rotates.

Worked good for about 30mins.
Tried it out and worked good for about 30 mins of use. Stopped spinning and tips were good no clogs. Tried putting a little oil to see if that would help. No help what so ever. I'm using a Simpson 3200 psi with 2.5 gpm. Called customer care sending me a new one under warranty they very helpful.

Worked for a minute
I hooked this up to my simpson pressure washer. It's rated at 3200 PSI. It worked for a few minutes then stopped spinning. It worked great while it lasted. Adjusted the pressure up and down with nothing making a difference.

Surface Cleaner failure
I bought one of theses and it failed right out of the box. No lie. I read reviews all over and saw that this was a common issue. However I went against my better judgement and went ahead and bought it. I did call in and explained the situation to Taba and she shipped me a replacement. That was really refreshing to know that she had my back. Great customer service. That says a lot. Thanks Taba!

Outstanding Product! Time Saver!
Every year I pressure wash the concrete around my pool and it usually takes me most of the day. This year I purchased the surface cleaner and it cut my cleaning time in more than half, and the best part is I didn't get soaked from using the wand method! I own a Simpson pressure washer and it's built strong, so I decided to go with their product vice another brand. Great product, zero complaints!

Great Product
Used it yesterday on my garage floor, concrete stoop and sidewalk, and on the brick patio (small brick). I was very pleased. Historically, I've done this with just the pressure washer and although it's the same concept (pressurized water), this did a much better job.
All area's came out much cleaner and there were no streaks (where the high pressure wand gets too close to the surface). It was especially beneficial in doing the garage floor (walls are drywall) as there was not all of the overspray. I even used it on the top surface of our glasd patio table (againt the advice of my wife) and that too came out looking great.
There is enough water pressure coming out of it that it makes the scrubber seem lighter than it actually is while in use. The unit appears to be very well made and I'm hoping for many years of use with my Craftsman pressure washers.

Great product ! !
I have used this product to clean drive & walkways. So far it is excellent. Much better than using the wand only ! ! The only problem has been plugged nozzles from trash (plastic) in a new hose. Thanks for a great solution to a household problem.

It broke
About i year old; used sparingly about 20 or 25 hours; started leaking profusely at the junction where the arm attaches, good to give the operator a bath. Worked fairly well at first then deteriorated to practically useless.
