Smoke Alarm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product it works extremely well in my home I have not had any issues it works perfectly and it has been long lasting. I have told my family and friends how great this product was and how easy it was to install. A definite recommendation to have in your home for durability.I think by me having this product I feel so much safer. I test this product every 3 months and it works with no problems. It’s very rare to find long lasting and battery operated carbon monoxide and smoke alarms that has lasted so long.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a home and it only had a smoke detector upstairs. We felt it was very important to add additional alarms downstairs as well. We wanted to make sure not only were they smoke alarms but also carbon monoxide alarms. We chose the First Alert battery operated smoke and carbon monoxide alarm to replace the one upstairs and to add one easily downstairs. It was really easy to install and we were able to place it in the hallway downstairs without having to wire anything in. We loved the ease of it so much we purchased a third one for our families RV.

I always trust this brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always get First Alert alarms. I have always used them in the past and I trust the brand. This one I got as a replacement for my one that was just a smoke alarm. It was easy to set up and it’s not an eye sore. One cool feature is that it has an end of life warning so you know when to replace it. I would definitely get again. Review for first alert

Easy to install and good quality alarm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought this for our finished basement which didn’t have any special wiring for the alarms. We wanted an alarm that is easy to install and serves its purpose. This alarm works great. This is very easy to install, easy to change batteries when time comes, looks great on the ceiling and functions well. This is a well designed functional smoke and carbon monoxide alarm. I will highly recommend it. In fact, we are planning to get a couple more for other rooms that are in need of it. Give it a try and you won’t regret.

A must need for any house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dual alarm for fire and carbon monoxide. The smoke alarm can be used in any room of the house and does not have to be hard wired in and just uses a battery. The alarm is currently being used in my hallway. The alarm is easy to install and change out the battery. The alarm will wake you up when it goes off so it can be heard throughout my house. The alarm is lightweight which is a plus so when having to move it around it makes it easy. The alarm is a must have for everyday life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, my favorite thing about this is the 10 year built in battery. No more low battery chirps in the middle of the night! I love that is a combination smoke and carbon monoxide detector. It is extremely loud when it goes off which is great for heavy sleepers. For such an important item in the home, I love the First Alert brand and always trust their products. The smooth white cover and slim design also look unobtrusive and nice on your wall or ceiling. Definitely recommend for any home and we will be buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The First Alert PRC700 Battery-Operated Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm went up in the family room basement...I wanted to ensure the safety of my family and felt the area was lacking. It was very easy to install and nothing beats the peace of mind! It's not bulky or heavy looking in the area. It's quite slim. It also has a test button to give you the certainty that it is working. It will alert you when the battery is low, which is nice as well! It's a great buy...you definitely won't regret it!

Protection I hope I don't need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product at the top of my basement because we have an old furnace .it blinks and has an alarm to tell you to get out if it detects carbon monoxide . This is a both a fire alarm and carbon monoxide which is nice since I didn't want to have to buy two units and I saved money. I hope it never goes off, but at least it gives me peace of mind if we ever do have a problem. I always purchase the first alert products as I have had good experiences with them. It came with all the hardware to install it, anchors and screws if you are putting it in plaster. We used double stick adhesive because we didn't want to drill anymore holes.
