Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took the trim paint off I used this tape on trim for a weekend paint project (stairway). It is taking the trim paint off as I remove it. This is a new house (1 year) so the paint is in good intact form. I'm not happy!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Baseboards painters tape I've used ScotchBlue tape items in the past and this one lives up to the product name. So easy to apply and remove. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing In the past, I used the tape to great effect. But the roll I bought recently is terrible. Once the paint hits it the edges curl up, even though they were firmly pressed down. And when I peeled it up the edges we're very sloppy. It even took some of the paint with it! Very disappy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from try something else Your tape stuck to my baseboards like advertised. It stuck to my ceiling and my metal trim. It also stuck to my painted ceiling and baseboards so well it removed the paint. Now I get to repaint all of my edges again. I followed the advise from your website how to remove the tape when finished. Wish I never bought and just went without any tape.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from blue painters taape. what junk it is. put it on the wall, pressed to be sure it sealed, bled through all the way down both walls. when i went to take it off it peeled off the older paint so now i have to paint more walls to fix the damage. would never buy this junk again. what should have been a quick project has now turned into a two day job... what a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just terrible. I used this tape and my lines are far from neat. I have to re do my project because of how bad the lines look from the paint bleeding through. It’s highly frustrating

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Less than Garbage. Worst product ever purchased!! Bought a 3 pack of this tape to mask around a large amount trim on plaster walls for painting. Spent nearly a day and a half rolls taping all of the trim in 2 rooms only to return the next day to the majority of the tape having fallen off and laying on the floor. Attempted to re-stick it only to have the same results. Thought maybe I had a bad batch or section of the roll, so I removed some strips that had only partially fallen off the walls in order to re-tape those areas, only to find that the tape pulled the paint off in the sections where it had not fallen from the wall!! Seriously?? Label says "14 day clean removal" I wouldn't expect that it should pull the paint off the plaster after having only been applied for less than a day! Especially when it won't even stick in other areas at all! I would have been better off trying to mask my walls with plain non adhesive paper, I would have had the same results less the paint damage! At the very minimum, tape should be able to stick, that is it's intended purpose after all...
