Rated 3 out of 5 by from My blower is a 5-star. The battery is a 1-star The blower is fantastic. I have a high end gas powered Echo blower and this battery powered Dewalt blower is probably 10 to 20 times more powerful. The only problem is the battery that came with it is only good for 10 minutes. Then takes 4 hours to charge before I can use it again... for only 10 minutes. I can’t find the specifications on this and maybe it’s only supposed to last 10 minutes. But by golly for those 10 minutes this thing will move anything. Blower 5-star + Battery 1-star = Overall 3-star

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible battery life The battery on this product is really bad. it does not last on full power more than 10 minutes. It will not even finish small jobs. I can't believe that this product was put out on the market without a better battery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shocks every time. I bought this a month ago and I love the power of the blower, but unfortunately it shocks very badly all the time (every 20 or 30 seconds). I think this is a big issue and Dewalt needs to pay attention on this since so many people are having the same issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight beast I love this blower, nice and light to get on the roof and blow out the eavestrough’s Of pine needles. Any ground work great, levels, pine needles, garage floor. One question when is it coming to Canada? Want to buy for father and law.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from massive air movement I picked this 60V blower up a couple months ago, haven't had a chance to really use it until recently. Very impressed by the performance of this blower....it generates incredible air movement! It does an amazing job with the fall leaves and pretty handy blowing the light snow off the drive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Blower Previously used a corded blower (Toro Red). In my new much larger yard (1/4 acre lot), with 4 mature trees I needed to go cordless just to keep having to unsnag the extension cord everywhere. This pushes leaves better and is much quieter. The variable speed trigger is a life saver over other trigger types, and it's balanced and handles well. This last weekend I finally put it through the test (had done some light blowing here and there and was satisfied). This weekend, we bagged 12+ full landscape trash bags of leaves from the yard. Listen to the reviews that this thing eats batteries. Unless you have multiple FlexVolt batteries, you will be disappointed. I have 1x 3Ah, and 2x 2Ah FlexVolt batteries and that wasn't enough to finish my yard (got ~90% of the way there). The 3Ah was charged up enough while I was using the 2x 2Ah that I was able to finish the yard that way, so it works very well for me. That said, if you have batteries, this guy is a joy to use. Low noise, low vibration, low weight, well balanced, variable speed trigger, and moves a ton of air and leaves. I don't have the 20V version to compare, but according to the specs this moves quite a bit more air. That said, unless you have some FlexVolt batteries to complement this guy, I'd stick with the 20V.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not perfect but made right I bought this blower and quickly learned my charger which came with the product would not recharge my batteries. I had difficulty reaching customer service by phone but the email version was a different story. DeWalt replaced the batteries without fuss and it works like a dream. DeWalt stood by their customer. The battery is tricky to remove from the blower, but outside that, it's super easy to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works SHOCKingly great Bought this blower and was excited to use it. Took it out and it was shocking my hand. I put a glove on and it would occasionally shock my hand through the glove. I read some of the other reviews about this but didn't believe that it could be true. It 100 percent is. I'm not sure if all of them are like this but mine definitely is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
