Impressed with customer service 1224
Have a Caldwell I bought a long time ago, no receipt.
After a decade plus, Moen has honored their warranty.
I am more than impressed. The faucet looks new.
My water is nowhere near quality coming in from the street. I filter it for everything including my plants. For this faucet to last this long is a true wonder.
I had a drip every minute or so and Moen stepped up.
My hats off to Moen.

Be prepared to replace the cartridge multiple time
I've replaced both the hot and the cold cartridge and now the hot has gone bad again. I'm on city water so this is not a well-water issue. I can't fine the original receipt so I guess I have to pay for for another set of replacement cartridges.

faucet didnt make it but a little over a year before it started dripping and the handles feel sloppy. i live by myself and it should have lasted 10 years or more then they want to charge you to replace the cartridges . ill buy delta from now on . never had any problem with getting replacement parts for free from them . great customer service.

Works for about one year
This is the 3rd cartridge I've bought to replace a leaking hot water valve.
Not sure why, but it is frustrating and getting expensive. Now I buy two at a time.

You cannot uninstall the old one or install the new one without first purchasing the special tool, #14272.

Moen is the best
5 years ago I installed this yoke, handles, for a shower head. It has been working greatly ever since. This shower has 7 people using it and lasted over 5 years. The chrome is still looking new and no rust spots. I would install this unit again if I needed a two handle faucet.
