Leaking
I bought this product and it was leaking from the end of the shower head as soon as I installed it.

Nice update and easy to use
First week of using this handheld shower head. Like magnetic connect and twist knob to select spray options. Replaced old unit within ten minutes, and no leaks.
Love the chrome color and the hose length is adequate.
First experience with a handheld unit. It is 2.0 GPM. Like the 5 spray options but none are medium pressure. The outside ring of spray is low pressure and uses 3 holes and might be stronger if it just used 2 holes. The inside two spray choices is strong and splatters a lot when rinsing hair. Previous shower head had 5 spray options and was a higher GPM so the water pressure of the outer ring spray was a bit stronger. Maybe another model just uses the outside two holes but the documentation and specs do not describe the spray features.
The shower head tilts down by turning the ribbed large gray knob The handle is too long to tilt down all the way. Would like the shower head to be able to point down more but with the handle length I would have to mount sideways or get 2" longer shower stubout so the head can point down.

6 water settings
We have well water with lots of iron. The cheaper shower heads don't last long. Our last Moen with the push button selector lasted 5 years. Hopefully this one with the rotation selector will last longer.

Mostly satisfied
My wife recently had a unilateral knee replacement surgery. She had to remain seated for her shower. The handle was easy to use . Her only suggestion was for a shut off on the handle.

Looks amazing but magnetic part is horrible.
I've had the shower head in black for about a month. It's very stylish, but from day one it has had issues not staying magnitized/connected. Also, if i detatch the handle, it will not connect back unless i shut off all the water & there is no water pressure. Very inconvenient mid shower. And if i bump the cable, even slightly, then it falls off the wall. I had high hopes and now i just want any showerhead that stays up. Moen, please fix this!

Terrible
Very disappointed. Just bought this one yesterday and installed it this morning. The hose of this handshower is so stiff I can't barely use it in the shower. I have to hold it very hard since it's only want to stay straight. It's also difficult to put it back because the hose is so hard to bend. Even if I let it attached I can't put the head in the direction I want because this stiff hose is pushing everything. I can't believe Moen did not run some test before to put this hose material on the market.

Love the style and design but pivot point broke
I purchased this approximately 2 years ago and it's been a great fixture up until last wek when the grey plasic ball swivel part began leaking. upon closer inspection, I found that part had broken/cracked and was spraying up onto the wallboard above the shower walls. I unfotunately had to remove it and replace it with something temporary till I can figure out what can be done to resolve this issue. Seems the plastic swivel/ball base part is a weak point in the design. I guess for two years of daily use I got good use out of it but, feel it should last much longer seeing as its a moen brand, which I decided to purchase based on that fact.
