Cheap and poor workmanship
OK, I’m going to add another poor review due to:
1) Poor quality. Loose construction. Not robust.
2) User has to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit each time it is opened with no apparent ability to permanently select F.
3) No instructions to describe calibration process.
4) Quality level is not what I have come to expect from Traeger.

Traeger, please read.
I bought this thermometer because of the Traeger brand, I hold what I consider the Traeger brand in very high regard because of the quality of most of the items that Traeger puts their name on.
When the thermometer arrived, I thought it must have been a mistake. The thermometer is junk, absolutely bottom of the barrel poor quality trash.
Traeger, I still believe in the quality of your products. Traeger needs to pay attention here and take this junk off the website, there is no way you guys can be happy with this product.
