Did a great job
I needed to clean my mother's badly grayed and stained deck. Mixed this product at 25:1, apllied via downstream injector, let set and then used a white tip with a pressure washer. Results were phenomenal. Now i just need to apply sealer

Product failed to clean desk
At 20:1 it has almost no impact. Might just as well wash with water. 5:1 is slightly better but still not good. The product needs to have an algaecide added.
