Toro is King!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Toro Leaf Blower. The first two were corded. The 60V MAX is by far the best and most powerful. Benefits are: No more cords and all of my Toro products use the same 60 V battery and are interchangeable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much better than the small blower I have. I’m 73 years old so it is a little heavier than I thought it would be. Picking it up at the store and using it is different. But I really like the power and the longevity of the battery.

Powerful, Convenient and Easy to Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched small, high quality, battery-powered blowers which could be used for removing light, dry airborne debris (leaves, dirt, bugs, grass clippings, etc.) from hard surface areas around the house. The top two contenders were Stihl’s BGA 57 and Toro’s Model 51821. I purchased the Toro because of it’s variable speed trigger, cruise control feature and ergonomic handle (effortlessly keeps the nozzle pointed toward the ground). The Toro’s Boost Button is very impressive, but if you use it frequently, you probably bought the wrong blower. The Toro is slightly heavier than the Stihl (weighing in at 8.3 lbs. with a fully-charged battery).

A Worthwhile Product with an Engineering Oversight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just as it is possible to review products one does not own, which has negative implications for online shopping, there can be issues with the culture of the company, such as whether it staffs its engineering department with talent or persons whose personality and work history simply fit the mold. This Toro blower has enough power to corral leaves on asphalt. If they are in grass, particularly wet grass, you probably get better results by using the Turbo setting. The Turbo setting depletes the battery faster. The battery can recharge quickly, so it might not be an issue. However, on two occasions now after using the blower mostly with the Turbo setting, the charger illuminates red when plugging it into the battery, indicating that the battery is too hot to charge. The result is at least two, maybe three things: (1) a longer break before reuse, (2) suspicion that I am smarter than the engineers the company hires, though maybe not the ones it does not, or (3) if you should not use Turbo mode only, why not say so in the product's description and other marketing materials?

Great Blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up this item a couple of days ago from my local hardware store.
I have a corded leaf blower but got tired of having to hook up a long extension cord and having to drag it around.
This cordless unit has plenty of power and the fact that it is battery operated makes it very simple to use.
The battery is rated for 70 hours - which is more than enough for me to cover both my back and front yard with power to spare.
So far I am quite happy with the unit and appears to have been a great purchase.
