Too small to see on a phone and app does not work on anything else.
Can't se3 details on phone. Used my laptop to mirror screen bit that app failed mid-project. Easy to put parts in upside down, ex the parts that attach to the door, when can't see details. Needs a Table of Contents to return later. Wall opener not working. Why? Windows randomly open with 'walls' etc. when tapping the next arrow. I have small hands. Annoying. Learned to tap elsewhere on screen to move it to continue. My chain is loose. No directions as to how tight the chain should be. There were references to other options to installing the safety system. I never found them. They reference a manual but no info on how to find it.

install for boss.. had one at home just purchased..
install was not difficult.. got to point i was to download app.. and see the app is junk.. so whats the point of having "smart" appliances if the part thats supposed to make life easier.. doesnt work or is just another excuse to shove ads down our throats.. i wont reccomend any product that is not 100% uable.. software included

Chose the C2405
After way too much studying if the different brands and models, I chose the Chamberlain C2405 and decided to install myself. If you’re handy, you can do it but if you’re not, pay someone $150-200 to do it. I sweated my butt off doing this in the summer. All in all, I am pleased so far and look forward to many years of use.

Easy install
I already had a Liftmaster and this swapped right in and was working with no issues. The only compliant is the light does not activate when you walk across the safety sensors like the old Liftmaster did. Like the idea of the battery back up.

Easy to install!
Easy to install. I did it alone in about 4-5 hours. The app helped to make installation easy. I was replacing an old Craftsman chain drive and was able to use the mounts already in place.
