Wish I had not bought it
My husband gave me this appliance at my request. It is cheaply made. It has push buttons above the door but I have to push it multiple times to get it to register - think time control or temperature. Over and over and over.
I was so looking forward to this devise as it is a healthier way to cook. Friends had recommended it. Nothing that I have attempted to cook has been satisfactory.

Best Air Fryer I've used
I bought this to replace another brand that was smaller. I am so glad I did. Everything comes out delicious: shrimp, brats, pork chops, steaks, tater tots!
I love cooking in this air fryer but I would like to buy extra pans and accessories. Several people asked about extra pans in the questions portion but these were never answered.

Pros AND Cons
I've had this for about 3 days.
I've used it a handful of times already.
I only have two complaints, the buttons are ridiculously hard to push or get to work, and the smell. I am hopeful the smell will go away with more use, but i dont see improvement on the buttoms.

I got this thinking it would airbfry alot I can't use both trays to cook at same time so I have to cook one thing take that out then cook another. It also smokes when I use it. Haven't had it long but will be getting a different kind a bigger one

Amazing
This has been in our house for a year now and I haven’t used our stove once. It’s quick and easy food comes out perfect. I hate cooking this has made me actually kind of like it I love making something new. It’s almost a perfect size for two people and clean up is a breeze, the mess all stays inside and easy to clean!

Burning plastic smell!
This was a gift I selected for years of service from work. I have used it 3 times now and it still smells like I am cooking plastic. I followed the instructions on pre-use and ran it a lot longer than suggested due to reading about the burning plastic smell. I used to reheat fried chicken from the store and it did a nice job making it crispy but it tasted a little off guessing it was due to the plastic smell. If it wasn't for the fact that there was nothing in in the gift book from work I don't think I would ever purchase something like this. After having this item I would never buy any of the other Instant brand products die to how cheap this thing is.

Great Warranty!
We use our Vortex everyday, one day I needed to put in a warranty replacement. Well who would know it got here in 3 days. My kids didn’t have to suffer through a microwaved lunch while I was at work.
