Keeps breaking
This way overpriced showerhead has a plastic connector that attaches to the water pipe coming out of the wall. It has broken on me 3 times in two years. It's cheap junk and this important connector piece should be made out of materials that will not crack or break!

My Banbury handheld showerhead, model 23046SRN, is leaking through the showerhead face and is spewing water all over the place. It's a lifetime warranted item. I went on line to MOEN website and there is absolutely area or section on the website that to just replace this item under warranty. I then called MOEN's 1-800 service number and could not speak to a representative. The service number robo rep scheduled me for a call back the next day. So now I'm forced to rearrange my busy schedule just to take care of a matter that shouldn't have had to take any more than 5 or 10 minutes on the day I contacted MOEN! Poor customer service!

Very nice product
The product is a quality product and meets expectations.
It should be noted that adequate water pressure to house is required for the product to perform at its best. We are on a water well therefore the pressure varies.

Well designed product
This hand-held shower head is exactly what I was hoping for. It took about a minute to install and I really like the magnetic hanger. I also like that the water flow is reduced. It is strong enough to be effective, but slow enough it should save on water consumption. Meets all of our expectations.
