Hand Held Leaks
I bought this shower head less than a month ago. I loved it at first. While it doesn't have as many spray patterns as others, the wand sold me. It took me less than 10 minutes to remove the old shower head and replace it with this model. I was so happy with it, I threw away the packaging a week after installation.
Two weeks after I installed the shower head, my happiness went away. It started with a drip here and there from the wand. I would reset the valve and the drip would stop. That only worked a few times. Now, it has gone from dripping occasionally to constantly dripping from about half of the openings in the wand. The worst part, the water dripping is cold. You will be taking a nice warm shower and have constant cold drips hitting you.
Not happy with this product. Money down the drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation took 5 minutes, not hard at all to install. The different settings are great, the massage setting is great to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The wand is a great to wash the dog or if you just want to wash your hair. I would recommend this shower head.

Just a few words I want to share, where have you been all my life. I bought one from one store but I remember seeing this one in my search. I ordered it online, arrived in 2,days, is installed in 10 minutes. This is by far one of the best purchases I have made in my entire life. It has 12 levels and the best one for me was the massage warm water on my neck after sitting for hours at a computer, In my opinion EVERY household needs one of these. Take my word for it, I am as picky as the day is long and type OCD, YES I claim it. Order one,two , three for all of your showers and you have my word, YOU WILL. NOT BE UNHAPPY, trust and believe. Thank you to whomever designed this model. HATS OFF TO WATERPIK

Great look!

I love the chrome-looking finish on both of these. They look very sleek and modern. I would recommend these to anyone. I received this product for free for testing purposes.

Well Constructed and Functional.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Waterpik shower head and it never disappoints. It's solidly constructed and has a nice chrome like finish. It's light and easy to install. Installation took 5 minutes. It took longer to take off the old shower head than install the Waterpik. The water pressure setting are great. There are several different setting, so there's one for you. The handheld is a nice addition and for some necessary or a must. You can use the handheld for your body, hair, for pets, your child, and more. It makes the showerhead very versatile. You don't know how convenient it is until you use it. Overall, it's a great upgrade to your showerhead if you have a regular one. It's well worth the upgrade.
