Dropping off wifi
We had a number of these installed during remodel of entire home over a dozen total. Everything worked great for a couple months and then one dropped off became dim in the app and could not be controlled. Had to delete and re add to the wifi. 2 months later 3 more had dropped and required adding. Each time this means pulling off wall plates to scan the qr code. Today my wife says a bedroom the front porch lights and morning can no longer be controlled by the app Google home or our smart assistant. Getting tired of having to delete and re-add switches for no apparent dinner

Light stopped working in app and won’t reset
Yeah just won’t reset after holding down the 10 seconds on the off portion and it stopped responding in the app. Annoying since this the switch in the bedroom and the one we use the most.

Bad syncing
Bought these a couple months ago. Had trouble from the get go. I have two of the same switches set to go on and off at the same time (dusk-10pm). One switch will turn off and the other one won't. Tech support said to try deleting everything and adding them both back in with no luck. The only thing that partially seemed to work was resyncing them under settings, but was having to do this 2-3 times a week. Both have updated firmware. This is complete garbage and I will be returning them asap.

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this switch installed for three days now and I'm quite happy with it. I'm using it to control a chandelier that is fitted with multiple dimmable LED bulbs and it works like a charm -- no issues whatsoever with the LED bulbs. It responds quickly and accurately.
The price was also good in comparison to the others I looked at. As long as it doesn't fail or something, and continues working as it is now, I recommend it, as long as you can handle not having Homekit.

Some good, some frustration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who doesn't like the idea of easily connecting all your lights to one easy to use switch? It's definitely easy to set up, although I don't mess with electrical stuff so I had a friend do it. It's also easy to use. You need to have a tablet or smart phone to download the Smart Lights app and Google Home or Amazon Alexa so as to control the switch. It's mostly very convenient but I've had some trouble keeping the switch connected to Alexa so it doesn't work to it's full potential. I'm not sure if my WiFi is inadequate to run everything or what but it's certainly not working properly. I do like it and I think if I were willing to pay more for faster and more gigs of internet this switch would probably really amazing.

Works great
