I love the jacket. Some of the stitching on the bottom was pretty rough.. it looks bunched up and just wrong on one of the the sides. I think the bottom was stitched to something in the interior it wasn't supposed to so its kinda hung up. Other than that I love it :/

The best!
This is my husband's fourth one he absolutely love's them. He wears them to shreds practically before buying a new one. His last one is now his around the knock around yard jacket. So the newer one, he won't be embarrassed to go out somewhere with. Thank you for making the highest quality of craftsmen ship.

Doesn't get any better!
I really like this coat; it is my second one. I was delighted to find one that was identical to the one I still have, with a new zipper slide. Sleeves a little frayed, now my tinker coat. Plowing snow for nine years, in and out of truck, never cold or wet. Great price for the quality and a big one for me, "Made in USA" For me it has always been a sense of pride to wear Carhartt gear.

These coats are cast- iron, wore my last one almost 5 years. I'd still be wearing it if my wife haven't made me get a new since the old one had so many holes in it. They can cover a variety of weather and conditions. Great product

Fine--except for the DUCK insulation
I purchased this jacket since it was assembled in the US. It's fine, but nothing in advance of the purchase at the store said it is "duck insulated" & I am nearly vegan, so why would I want to buy a jacket insulated with duck feathers. Animals and wildlife used for their fur or feathers/down are often abused and mistreated. That makes me unhappy. Maybe it's that insulation, but it also feels too "puffy" and bloated when wearing it. The construction seems good. I'll go out of my way to avoid the duck with any future Carhartt purchase.

New jacket is as good as my last one, maybe better!
I love the quality! It fits like I wanted it too! Not in the least unhappy with my purchase. I just wish I could live long enough to wear this jacket out, and then get it in green or red! I’ve still got my old jacket, that I wore to work, for 20 years! This one is for my retirement! I want to be warm, when I’m looking good, and enjoying myself.

Tough and warm workwear
I work in the electrical field in Canada and am constantly exposed to the elements. I really like Carhartt for the warmth and durability. I have had other work gear in the past and it has constantly disappointed me or fallen apart after a few months of heavy use. Once I tried Carhartt there was an immediate difference in quality and I’ll never go back. It has held up longer than any other brand and I look forward to many years of continued use.

Bought this for my 17 year old son. He has worn it for 5 days straight! It’s very warm and comfortable. It’s durable enough to be able to withstand the wear and tear of a very active, and let’s face it, messy 17 year old boy. Runs big, but I’m happy for that.

Great coat for rough work
Bought a coat that could withstand wind and still be durable working in brush without being overly warm when working. Bought it in Tall as I'm 6'3" tall and like to bend over without getting a breeze down my backside. This jacket is perfect for outdoor chores like wood splitting and stacking. The hood takes some getting used to as it is stiff and filled, too. A couple of washes may take some of the stiffness out of it. The elastic cuffs and waist keep it sealed nice and snug.

Super stiff fabric
This jacket is warm but super stiff! Other reviews said the material was stiff but I didn’t expect it to practically stand up on its own. I’ve washed it a few times and still stiff. It takes up so much closet space bc so big bulky and stiff. I wouldn’t but it again.
