great for about a month
I bought this trimmer thinking that a 4 stroke would be good. WRONG bought on 8/19/2021 and can't seem to get it started. The rope pulls out all the way but does not catch the fly wheel. Any help you can give me would be great.

I find the unit very cold blooded. Takes awhile to get warmed up for use. Also uses much more gas than a my previous unit.

Worked for literally one minute! Argh!
Bought this brand new trimmer yesterday, assembled, did everything per instructions. Fired it up easily, and couldn't even get to the yard to start trimming before the head stopped turning. No idea how a brand new unit works for one minute then stops. Unbelievably frustrating.

l have had nothing but problems from the very first day I used this trimmer. Firstly, it's difficult to start, you have to repeatedly prime the engine pull the cord several times, re-prime and pull and repeat the entire process 3 or 4 times before it will start. But that's not the worst part...the worst part is the line continual breaks off, gets tangled up inside the housing and has even been melted together inside the housing, so you have to take apart the entire housing, untangle the line and remove it, reassemble the housing and re-feed new line into the housing per the instructions....and this happens every few minutes. I am using the correct line diameter, .095, as well as the correct length of line per the instructions. I've even tried using slightly less length of line in hopes it might prevent the tangling issues, however it has made no difference. And I've tried several different brands of line, but it makes no difference. This happens with the line the manufacturer provided with the trimmer as well as all the other lines I have tried, including "professional trimmer lines" that are of a .095 diameter. I have spent an innumerable amount of time on the phone with the Troy-Built tech dept to resolve this issue to no avail.

Jump Start
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish you would make Jump Start available again. It is a feature that stands out and makes it easier for the physically impaired. It can be difficult to start any trimmer and this feature makes it much easier.
