Love the style and design but pivot point broke
I purchased this approximately 2 years ago and it's been a great fixture up until last wek when the grey plasic ball swivel part began leaking. upon closer inspection, I found that part had broken/cracked and was spraying up onto the wallboard above the shower walls. I unfotunately had to remove it and replace it with something temporary till I can figure out what can be done to resolve this issue. Seems the plastic swivel/ball base part is a weak point in the design. I guess for two years of daily use I got good use out of it but, feel it should last much longer seeing as its a moen brand, which I decided to purchase based on that fact.

Water shooting out the metal chord
Everything seems to be installed correctly. It really is simple but no matter how tight I have the connections turned water shoots out of the bottom of the handle where the chord springs are built into the connection.

Performance less than I expected
Bought this recently and after installing I was disappointed in the shower head performance. Only two of the six settings provided enough water for a shower. I've reinstalled my older Delta shower head to get the water flow I expect from a shower. I'm a retired plumber and will hook up my pressure testing gauge to see what I have. No recommendations on the packaging.

I bought this today and installed it in minutes. Easy, no tools needed. No leaks. The water flow and pressure are perfect. I love the magnetic dock.

We just love our new Moen bathroom shower head

Not to great
This was a gift and I loved the magnetic part to it, the style was exactly what we had wanted. Upon installation I noticed the plastic part was loose but installed it anyway. Once I tuned on water the water leaked everywhere. Was a big disappointment given how excited we were to get this great product.
