Bad taste
I bought 2 bags of this cherry chunk wood about a month ago and the first cook with it was great but then the second cook left a bad taste in my mouth so i thought it was something i did so i cooked with it again and the same thing happened again so now I'm thinking it was just the bag so i opened the other bag and did a third cook again the same bad chemical taste.. since then i have switched to a different brand for cherry wood haven't had a problem.

Great smoke
Whenever I smoke pork I use Weber wood chunks. Cherry, pecan, apple. They are the perfect size for my Weber smoky mtn smoker. They provide consistently flavorful smoke to make the shoulder or ribs yummy to the last bite.
