Rough tissues
These tissues are no longer soft or thick. The change in softness is obvious. I've been buying kleenex my whole life and will now be switching to puffs. Frick'n greed over quality. I can't stand it.

During the pandemic the classic Kleenex has changed. It is no longer soft and nice. They are very rough, and the 2 ply often separates.

Box feeder issue
Recently the plastic holder at the top of the box fails and at about halfway you have to dig in to the box to retrieve a tissue. Using Kleenex for decades - this shoud be fixed.
