What happen to this toilet paper?!
I've used this paper my whole life & all of a sudden it's hard! It's rough & takes your skin off when u wipe. I hate this paper now! What happen to it?!

What have you done to your toilet tissue? It used to be so soft. Now it's like sandpaper. It was the only brand I would buy, now I think I'll have to switch because it's SO coarse. Terrible!!!

Been buying exclusively for years
Been buying only angel soft for years. It used to be the softest but this last pack is scratchy. So rough. I prefer my workplace industrial tp over this painful batch of angel soft. And I’m curious whether or not this is a new formula or it was just a bad day for rolling paper when this was produced? And until I find an answer for this question, you’ve lost a customer because this sandpaper is too painful to keep using.

Mini surprises over the years
I've used Angle Soft toilet tissue for 20-some years almost all of it without surprises at opening a package. On occasion, however, I have come across an "unusual" roll or two. Recently I got two rolls in a package of 12 that were ONE PLY, the decorative design ply missing. At other times a gouge in a roll or two has appeared. All-in-all I'm staying with Angel Soft though.

What is going on?
I purchased 2 packs of the mega rolls. An entire pack was the worst I've ever seen! It was mismade with only a partial (if any) second ply. I would think quality would be a priority!!!
