Meh
This is my 3rd device. First one lasted 7.5yrs with great battery life. Got a second one for our new dog early 2022. Same look, different charging ports, less battery life than my original. Purchased the 3rd to replace the 1st….worst batrery life of the three. Feels like im charging this every other day and its not because i forget to power it down in the evenings. This one has the “clip-on” cable to charge the collar.

I love your collar.
My dog has change so much, I don't like using the shock. But it comes in very handy as a last resort. FL. Is one problem though, the rubber for the bell fell out and lost it. I have a bebe with tape and is working very well.

Disappointed in Plymouth! from
This product is not worth the money!!!
I am not happy at all with this product. Does not hold a charge more than 6 hours! For the price I expected more. Useless as far as I’m concerned.

Excellent product!
This is the second 1 I have purchased as my old ones have worn out (many years of use). I like the sound and vibrate features, the ease and quickness of recharge and the size.

Great trainer for the money !
Bought a month ago to train my dog to listen on first commands. Warning beep and vibrate usually all he needs, with a very seldom shock when he is stubborn.
Excellent customer service and support !!
Definitely recommend !

Great collar (once you know how to use it!)
This is not a complicated e-collar at all! Just remember when you get it that it NEEDS to charge for at least 12 hours BEFORE you try to do anything with it. Then you will also most likely need to pair the remote with the collar (look up directions from sportdog, it takes 2 minutes max). This collar changed my life because I can finally let my dog off without stressing about where she's going to go! Also, the levels of electric stimulation are higher than you think (I have a 45 lb australian shepherd, and 1 is the highest I would ever go without hurting her). If you have a small dog, get a smaller collar, or one with more levels. I only needed to tone and then shock her twice, and now it's just tone, so don't worry about having to shock much, unless you have a very stubborn dog.

Love it
I have a mastiff/boxer mix and after three other brands this is the only one that really works on him. Just putting it on him he knows what’s to come if he acts out of line never had to go above one love it and will be getting another for my coon hound who loves to bark at everything

Rarely used because it’s that good
I have a garden center and my dog is my greeter. The collar quickly taught him that not everyone wants to be enthusiastically greeted by a 90lb lab. He is now a good greeter and loved by all.
Seriously, I only needed to use it a couple times in the beginning and very rarely as a reminder. We call it his “good boy” collar and is always on his best behavior when it is on.
