Poorly labeled - useless product; never hardens
Minwax - your product is poorly labeled and misleading people who expect it to harden like traditional wood putty. They're damaging their projects with your product.
Instead of blaming the customer for not reading the small print on the back (which is far from clear), how about you do the right thing and prominently label the front with "Does Not Harden", and maybe don't even call it 'putty'. Consumers have a strong expectation that wood putty will harden and be sandable / paintable / maybe even stainable - if Minwax wants to make an exception to that rule, the onus is on you to clearly mark your product. (Separately, I can't fathom what market research led you to the conclusion that people actually want a wood putty that stays soft - how useless.)

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for the first time and I used it on the wood blocks that had few holes in them so filled all of it. It covers very well! I am happy with it. I will buy it again when I need it. Great product to have.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to fill holes made in my fence post by a woodpecker. It was very easy to apply and smooth. I like that it's actually made with wood fibers. It comes in a few different shades, which is a nice option. I bought the natural color because I wasn't sure which to pick. It turned out to be a little too light, because my wood is weathered, but it still worked for what I needed, which was to preserve my fence by filling the holes.

Repairs minor scratches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago and I’m so glad I did. This minor putty fixes scratches, stains. It’s already premixed, so this is what I like about it. This wood putty is non hardening, and it is already pre mixed that is color matched to wood finish stains. It’s supposed to repair little scratches wear - tear or stains and even nail holes.

Works as intended

Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this putty. I've been trying to repair and restore old furniture and been having some issues, but this solved my problems. It dries quickly and really can't tell what was used. Will definitely get more.

Good match with a little help
I brought my kitchen drawer to my local woodworking store to get their opinion on the best filler and color match to fill holes left in the cabinet and drawer fronts after replacing pulls and knobs. The putty sunk a bit and was refilled after 3 months. Very easy application and clean-up. My only disappointment was the putty was quite dried out on top in the jar after 3 months. I was stored in the back of a kitchen drawer. Will probably top it off with a little water this time. While the fill is not perfect, it is good enough until I decide if I want to do a more detailed kitchen renovation.
