Easy to work with, usually go with 3 coats 220 grit sanding between coats.

Easy to use to get great results!
Was one of the first top coats I used. Put it on top of Velvet Oil finish after drying several days. Easy to use wiping it on several coats. Only bad thing is three coats of wipe on is only roughly equal to one coat of brush on finish for thickness. But it so easy to apply and dries fast.Great for a beginner!

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
I have used Wipe on Poly since it came out on the market. It is a fantastic product whether you are using it on bare wood, or even over existing wood finishes. I have used it on kitchen cabinets without any sanding, only a good cleaning when it already has a finish on it, and it works like a charm. I always use a rag to apply, because it seems to go farther that way. I have never been disappointed!

Great Results
Just finished a vanity top and decided to use the wipe-on poly. Applied two coats, sanding with 220 grit between coats and the finish is FANTASTIC. I've used polyurethane applying it with a brush but with the results I got with the wipe-on poly, I'm using the wipe-on for future projects.

Love the wipe on!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love wipe on things. They make the whole process easier since there usually isn't the need to rinse out a product. The wipe on poly is great and allows the natural shine of a product to come through. You can always layer the poly if you want more of a mirror shine as well.

Great finish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a novice DYI'er, this Wipe on poly from Minwax is great!. This is so easy to apply. I put on a pair of gloves, cut up hubby's old t-shirt and got to work. This product dries quickly. No runs! No smell, easy to clean up and a good looking clear finish.

Very easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Minwax Wipe-On Poly is super quick to use. I used on some furniture to help protect and it dried quickly. Just with one coat I noticed a difference. Some objects might need 2 to 3 coats, however most of the things I used it on took 2 at the most. The finish is beautiful a clear gloss that lets the beauty of the wood come through. I used it on an old table that needed a new look. It made the table stand out and I remembered why I loved it in the first place. I love that its comes in a container that is sealable and you can put it on your shelf until next time.

Flawless Finish!

It is smooth and shiny and looks brand new again. It was very easy to use and I will definitely be a repeat user for many other projects I have in mind. Great product with a great finish!
