Works Amazing picked up so much dirt compared to the Sharkvac mop . easy to use the refills are easy to find to at a reasonable price. Wood Cleaner smells great too . The floors are also squeaky clean no sticky residue .People who say the Handle Breaks.. yes mind did too poor quality product but with this updated model I think they reinforced the handle or changed it because this one has lasted as promised.

Waste, the opposite of sustainability
We found an empty unit and my wife bought a refill which I refused to be used since it could not be found unscented and could not be refilled with a simpler unscented mixture. This is a disposable nightmare garbage creator. Shame on you for building it.

It stops spraying for me
I have bought 2 of these within the last year. The first one quit spraying and maybe looked like a needle or something dropped out. The second one had always had a weird sound to it but worked until it quit spraying. So now I’m at a loss.

BOUGHT THE SECOND WETJET MOP THIS YEAR. BOTH STOPPED WORKING, DID ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES WITH NO LUCK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PODUCTS

Wish they still offered Antibacterial solution
I was hoping the Antibacterial cleaner might come back with all the disinfecting we were all doing with Covid 19. I loved to use that in our bathrooms. I really miss that cleaner product.

Wet mop pads smell vomitous
Over a week ago, I had visitors, it was a rainy day and there was mud and grass on my wooden parkay floor. After they left, I got out my Swiffer kit to get a dry mop cover, use my usual floor cleaner but found a sealed pack of “wet jet wood floor mop pad”. I thought, “Oh great – I’ll use this!”. It worked great except - for the vomitous smell. What lab scientist thought this cleaning smell was a good idea? When I say, “vomitous”, I’m not using it simply as a critical adjective – I mean, literally -, it smells like vomit. I recleaned the floor twice using dry pads and cleaner – that didn’t work. I then got down on my hands and knees with a large wet sponge and a bucket with some Pine Sol. THAT did not work. It now smells like pine scented vomit. I cannot get this smell out of my living room! Today my plan is to move all the furniture and thoroughly mop the floor a few times with bleach dilution and reapply some kind of floor wax. Coincidentally this week, I was ill and suffered a night of nausea. The smell sure did not help.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use the Swiffer “wet mop” pads. You will regret it.

Worked Great for About 2 Months
So disappointed. I bought it to replace a very old Swiffer wetjet that was breaking. It worked great for about 2 months and now it won't spray. I have replaced the batteries with new fresh batteries, replaced the bottle of solution thinking maybe the bottle suddenly became clogged, made sure the nozzles aren't clogged and nothing. The lights work. But it just will not spray. Waste of money.

LOVE IT - WISH COULD SWAP SOLUTIONS
I look forward to a model where solutions can be swapped out. Right now need two of these as solutions cannot be changed. Once you install one you have to use it to the end before you can change solutions. That is the single flaw.

Quick and easy
We have real maple hardwood flooring that shows every water spot, smudge, and wet/muddy dog paw print. I’ve tried many products, but everything seems to leave a build-up or just smears around whatever is on the floor. This product created for hardwood seems to do the trick, and so far I haven’t seen any sign of build-up. The price is fair considering how much time and effort it saves me.

Great Concept and Great Performance Until Now
I've used these for years but stopped awhile back. Decided to buy a new one. Was working great but the handle broke off after about a month of casual use. Clearly, some greedy manager as Swiffer decided to skimp on quality in order to make a few bucks. Now I have a ton of swiffer pads that I'll never use.

Nice light and easy to use mop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a couple months now and I really like how extremely easy and accessible it is to use. The Swiffer Wet Jet is lightweight and always ready for any mess or spill or quick cleaning. First of all, this mop is a breeze to set up and takes 2 double A batteries, and pop on the solution and your all set! The Swiffer wet jet pads, are strong and very durable! They have a good scrubbing pad to get stuck on things off your floor. The solution also smells really nice and leaves my floor nice and clean feeling, not sticky or like it has film stuck. Once your done cleaning with the pad, you just pull it off and throw it rite in the trash! The Swiffer wet jet weighs about 3-4lbs and so small and thin you can hang it just about anywhere. I am very happy with this Swiffer wet jet mop and so thankful I have no more wringing out of and cloth mop.

It's what I needed but!
It worked great for the first 30 days and then the pump gave out I have a big bottle of the wood Swiffer liquid and now it's just useless unless I buy another Swiffer wet jet which I'm not because it's a piece of junk 33 days I would not recommend this as it is cheap and will break down right after the warranty and good luck taking it back..

I wish I could attach my photos of what this did to my floor. After it dried it was white, streaked and left a chalky residue. I love the Gain one, this was not for me and I'll have to spend my Saturday on hands and knees getting it off. Test first!!!

I am disappointed with this Swiffer. One of the springs came out where the batteries go and I cannot put it back on. I'm very frustrated because I cannot talk to anyone regarding this problem. I do not know how to order a new battery holder for my Swifter. Please help me.

Battery replacement
Purchased a WetJet cleaning system several years ago. The handle finally broke so immediately went to replace a product I loved. Purchased one with batteries. We need to change the batteries and two pretty intelligent people have spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. No directions came with mop. Tried YouTube and every other site we could find. wWe can find no white button, no latch etc.
Now what? No product is as good but this change in the mop leaves me shaking my head. I want one without batteries!!
There is no alternative at this point.

Doesn't work anymore ... loved it when it did
The sprayer mechanism on my Swifter doesn’t work anymore either and the lights still work. I have tried replacing the batteries - it is not that as the lights work fine. The spray nozzles on the outside are not blocked. It has to be an internal blockage, doesn't appear that you can take this apart to try to unblock it.....Chances are it is going to the garbage next week....

I bought one and the pads will not stay on the Swiffer. I looked and there was nothing to hold it, I thought there would be a Velcro strip. Very disappointed I needed it to work due to back issues

Works Great

I have been using wet jet kit for the last 2 years. My wood floor looks very good after mopping. My only complaint is the pores get blocked after usage and I have been changing kits every 6 months.

No instructions for placing a new pad on swiller.
Illegible cartoon on side about placing a new pad. Can't figure out how a pad is made to stay on swiller. There is a green strip on it. What is that for?
Have already spent more than half an hour trying to figure out how to put a pad on device. Not saving time at this point. Had such high hopes and expectations.

I purchased this swifter to clean what used to be my beautiful wood floors. After using this product my floors look horrible. They are not clean and shiny. There’s streak marks and it looks dirty all the time. I am disappointed. Please contact me on how this can be corrected.

Doesn't live up to the "easiness"
This product has many issues. 1st, instructions state nothing about removing a white piece inside the housing. Had to google it to find the answer, among many other people who apparently are frustrated my lack of such an important part. 2nd, the pads split in half leaving one layer on the floor, the back part attached to the swiffer head. I will be switching to Bona hardwood spray mop.
