Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer is a nonselective weed and grass killer that kills all types of weeds and grasses down to the root. It's formulated for spot treatment of weeds and grasses on patios, walkways and driveways; around flowers, shrubs and trees; and along fences and foundations. This formula is rainproof in 15 minutes—rainfall or watering after 15 minutes won't wash away effectiveness. Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer kills down to the root and delivers visible results in as fast as 3 hours. Plant new flowers, trees and shrubs in the treated area after just 1 day. When used as directed, Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer works the first time, every time! For best results, apply this ready-to-use spray during warm, sunny weather when the temperature is over 60 degrees. Completely cover the leaves of the target vegetation. Protect desirable plants with a piece of plastic or cardboard - if desirable plants are accidentally sprayed, wash with water immediately.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weed killer is easy to use without any mixing or measuring. The sprayer wand makes it easy to apply. We used on weeds growing in driveway and sidewalk. Killed them in a matter of days, so works great!

Kills weeds fast but the sprayer is terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this weed killer to spray the weeds that are growing in the crevices of my driveway and sidewalk. It says that results can be seen in as little as 3 hours. It's been under 3 hours and the weeds are already turning brown. However, this has the worst sprayer I've ever used. It took forever just to go down the middle of the driveway as it is very inconsistent on how it sprays. And the strong stream is pretty weak, not only did it take forever but I had to stay stooped over with a bad back. The cap on the bottle left a lot to be desired. My garage smelled strongly of chemicals before I even opened it. So bad, I'm about to secure it in a garbage bag. Great weed killer but please fix these packaging issues.

Took approximately two to three days to take full effect. Clean up was easy. Just wipe the container down and store on your shelf. Make sure you wash you hands after use.

Works really good.

I have been using it to kill off all our weeds and the areas of grass I need to control. It works really quickly. It is super easy to use. It keeps them away for a good amount of time.

Weeds Beware!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing my wife hates are weeds in the sidewalk, and now I can take them on with the Spectracide .5g Flip & Go Weed & Grass Killer. This weed and grass killer works fast, I saw results the next day! Kudos to Spectracide for inventing the Flip & Go nozzle. This keeps the Weed & Grass Killer far away from my hands and is gives me that perfect shot when aiming for the weeds! Weeds are on their way out thanks to Spectracide .5g Flip & Go Weed & Grass Killer, highly recommended!

Easy To Use

Don't like the sprayer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Spectracide Weed and Grass Killer and am very satisfied with the results. My one issue is that the sprayer is not very effective in getting the substance on the weeds/grass. I would pump and pump the sprayer and was never able to get a steady spray to come out. All in all, I love the killer product and recommend it. I wish the sprayer worked better. Hopefully, just a fluke, and others will work great.

So easy to use and doesn’t have a harsh smell not to chemical like. It worked great on my lawn and so far I have no complaints.

Be gone Weeds

Aggravating and messy

The product would not come out of the nozzle easily and when it did dispense, it leaked terribly. It was difficult to control where the weed killer was being sprayed (dripped) because of the malfunction of the sprayer.

Worked great, took a while but the weeds didn't come back.
I didn't as much as was recommended. Just to see potency. Weeds for dying within hours and totally dead in a few days. Saved me over 4 hours of pulling

Works Very Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are trying to grow a specific type of grass in our back yard and trying to keep the weeds out. This has been a good product in helping kill unwanted weeds. You do have to be careful and make sure you only spray weed. Getting down closer to spray helps prevent from spraying the grass around the weed. Make sure you read and follow instructions. After treating, it is suggested that you do not mow for 7 days. I treated right after mowing so that the product has time to soak in from top to bottom. We also sprayed along our fence to keep from having to weed eat as much. Seems to be working very well so far. I think this is our favorite so far of the several we have used over the years.

I used it along my fence, it our ditches culvert, and along the back yard where some poison ivy was growing. By the next afternoon it was all brown and dead. The spray bottle was very easy to use and convenient. It sprays a good distance so for things like poison ivy I didn't have to get really close. The amount last super long..I had nothing but positive results. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to use bottle and nozzle to target everything you want and nothing you don’t. Hoping it does last awhile with extended control and will not have to reapply all summer. Weeds were brown the next day and easy to remove with a gloved hand. Then sprayed some more to hopefully prevent any buggers.

Only killed what it needed to and started to work same day in a few hours. The trigger spray works most of the time. This is the most frustrating part of this type of spray bottle.

Effective and Easy To Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best product I've ever used for those tough little weeds that pop up in the sidewalk cracks. Seems to start working almost immediately and within days it's as though there was never a weed there at all. When I have to spray around my flowers I use a box to protect them and I haven't had any problems using this system. I recommend this product to family and friends for use on pesky weeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our weed eater was down in the beginning of Spring so we had quite a few weeds growing around the bottoms of our home. We use this and in a matter of minutes maybe an hour you can start seeing them shrivel up and start dying. By the next day they were totally dead. And they did not come back afterwards so it succeeds and killing the root system. Very good product

It worked, but there are things to improve.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Spectracide Weed And Grass Killer With Extended Control 1 Gallon, to control the unwanted weeds growing in my house, the product works well, the day after the application the weeds were dead, I used little amount of the chemical, which is good because it yields a lot. But they have an opportunity to improve their application system, since the hose is very short and does not allow to get close to the weeds and when applying the product the wind carries it away, and if there are small plants that you do not want to kill, they are in danger because of the above mentioned, on the other hand the dispenser does not work well which makes spraying even more difficult. If they improve the application issue it will be a great product for weed control.

Easy to Apply
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spectracide Weed and Grass Killer is easy to apply when you want to spot treat weeds in the pavers, or other applications you may have. The container has a generous 1 gallon of product that allows for applications in various areas. The results were good ,with the treated weeds dying quickly. Always adhere to warnings and cautions when applying and for me these were clear and simple to follow. Overall I am happy with the applicator and the product.
