Good product and lasted 2 years
I sealed my cement drive. It worked good for 2 years. water pooled where it did not run off. No residual on shoes after walking on it. Used a different product this Spring and it did not last 2 months. Wish this sold it in 5 gal cans as it may be a little cheaper. I need 10 gal.

Not real good
Bought the waterproofing with the silicone in it to waterproof my deck.
Horrible, to expensive and worst of all the deck is slippery when wet due to the silicone
Also horrible as i walk on the deck then go inside and walk on my hardwood floors the floors become a slip and slide as the silicone gets on the hardware floors
Where was their due diligence

Sprays well, dries fast, seals up.
I use this sealer commercially on my wood products. Very happy with the results. It does finish absolutely natural. No color change in the wood.
