Works Well After EcoPure's Help
I bought the EcoPure EP31 water softener a month ago to replace an aging Kenmore Series 300 unit. Thankfully EcoPure and Zendesk provided quick help in replacing what was a leaking valve housing assembly. I installed the new valve housing earlier today and everything works as expected. Hopefully my EcoPure EP31 will continue working for many years.

After three years, softnener still running well.
We had our well of thirty years go out on May 26, 2023. We put the Water Softener in buy pass as the pump and motor were replaced. We have extreme Iron Bacteria in our water so we have used the Kenmore water softener for 20 years when Kenmore went out of business and the Eco Pure 31000 as a replacement for the Kenmore for 3 years. They are basically the same machine. If you have more than two people in your household we would recommend the next large softener.

Easy operation
I replaced my 13 year old Kenmore I liked the Ecopure because it’s just like my old softener so I hope it preforms like my Kenmore so far so good

Easy Installation
I purchased the Ecopure EP31 as a replacement for the Kenmore water softener that was in use for 27 years. I did a little research and discovered that Ecopure was the manufacturer of the Kenmore unit. The EP31 was very nearly a exact replacement.
