Beautiful knife
Have owned the 8 inch bread knife as part of a Chicago Cutlery collection for over 25 years. I have them professionally sharpened periodically and while the wooden handles show some wear, the edge is as new. Alas, was told they no longer make the 8 inch bread knife, so I opted for the 10 inch model. A beautiful piece of craftsmanship with the walnut handle and the “out of package” edge is superb!!!
