Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very invasive Scotts variety of Zoysia seed is very invasive, it sends out runners ( stolons?) fast, and furious and leaves are far apart. A huge amount of undesireable weed grass that looked like Zoysia when it germinated but grew tall and immediately went to seed, not sure if it was in the seed mix or was already in the soil. I am fearful it will be invasive as devil wire grass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Results After Weeks I used this to overseed my existing zoysia grass, fill in some bare spots, and grow new grass in a small area. I followed the on the bag and watered the area daily. Weeks later there is no new grass and still bare spots in my existing yard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Green Color! I am sold on the Zoysia Grass Seed! I planted this by raking it in my soil and within a few weeks of watering, I started to see the growth. Now I have a nice thick, beautiful green grass growing. I honestly rarely water so it seems to very tolerant! Super happy with the product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I used this seed to fill in an area in my zoysia lawn that had been shaded out. I have cleared much of the shade and planted this seed in a well prepared plot. It appears all the seed germinated and is growing well. It will take a while for it to fill in completely but it looks very good so far. I have never found a Scotts product that does not do exactly as advertised. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Limited Success Limited results with planting. Could be due to too much shade, or still too early to tell. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected We planted the Zoysia about 3 weeks ago and, fortunately, we've had quite a bit of rain so I haven't had to water more than a few times. Grass is coming up nicely and sprouted faster than I expected. I had some bare spots in my yard and after raking and putting in some new topsoil, I sprinkled the Zoysia and it looks quite nice. Since I have quite a bit left over, I'm going to try and get rid of the Fescue and put the Zoysia down. Perfect grass for the South! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scott’s zoysia grass When I first seeded my lawn I used zoysia grass seed. I used Scott’s to over-seed some areas that were thin or bare. Scott’s zoysia matched perfectly and is growing well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
