How to open?

What Is Wrong With The Lid?
Bought yesterday at the grocery store. Went to use it this morning and could NOT open the lid. Made a mess. What is the problem with the lid? Great product if you can open it and not make a mess.

My bowl was disgusting! I chose to use this product because it had no nonsensical restrictions against touching metals, or even tile surfaces yet promised to act "50% stronger" (than ?) . The recommendation to allow this product to be in contract with the material being cleaned for 15 minutes where the stains were stubborn encouraged me to leave it for 15 minutes over the entire surface because it was all stained. I forgot it for about 30 minutes and then cleaned it with the bowl brush to pure white with little effort. Even after I overlooked the below-water-line surface, that one too became clean with little effort. NOTE: Prepare bowl by 1) shut off water supply, 2) flush the commode, 3) If necessary use plunger to drive most of the standing water from the bowl and 4) apply the product to the bowl rim even the underside as directed so that it runs down all sides of the bowl and don't be impatient. WAIT perhaps 5 minutes for normal dirt but without Brillo's cautions, I felt confident in leaving it longer and that appears to have worked.

Impossible to Open
I'm 71 years old and can't open the bottle! My hands are raw from trying to push in the cap and turn it. I'm going to have to throw it away and buy a bottle of Lysol brand toilet bowl cleaner. A total waste of money.

Does a Great Job and Has an Uplifting Fragrance
This toilet bowl cleaner does a very effective job at cleaning the bowl in a short time, has a wonderful mint fragrance, and is very reasonably priced.

Messy!
Maybe my bottle has a defective cap. But twisting it open doesn't open it. After loosening it enough to get the liquid out, it continues to leak for several minutes when closed and standing upright!
